Skills Sets are specific abilities that aid in work performance. Accounting and computer
languages are two examples of distinct skill sets.
- Go to Others => Setup => Performance
- Account Settings => Skill Set
How to Add Skills? #
- To add skillsets, click on Add Skill.
- Click Save. Now the skill has been entered.
How to Tag Skills Department/Designation-Wise? #
- To tag the skill, choose from Domain, Department or Designation and click Tag Skill.
- Select Designation/ Department Name.
- Select skills to be tagged and give a weightage for each. Ensure the total
weightage of the selected skills does not exceed 100%. - Click Save.
